Simple to setup. Once done, attach it to a wallet, put it on car or wherever and just forget about it. The moment there are multiple bluetooth devices nearby it will give the location. Location will never be exactly accurate, but close by.

Does it work with my Android phone? +
Yes. CustoTag for Android works with any Android phone running Android 9 or later with Google Play Services. It uses the Google Find Hub network natively, so no third-party app is needed.
Will it work with iPhone? +
No. This is the Android version which uses Google Find Hub. If you’re on iPhone, check out CustoTag for iOS, which uses Apple Find My.
Does it need internet, a SIM, or a monthly subscription? +
No to all three. CustoTag has no SIM and uses no data of its own. It finds your things through the Android phones around it on Google’s Find Hub network. You pay once; there are no monthly charges. You only need an internet connection on your own phone to see the location on the map.
What’s the range? How far can it track? +
There’s no fixed range. CustoTag is not a Bluetooth-only leash. Once any Android phone passes near your tag (anywhere in India or abroad), the location updates on your map. So whether your bag is across the room or in another city, you can still find it as long as people are around.
Do I need to charge it? Is it rechargeable? +
No charging, ever. It’s not a rechargeable device. It runs on a standard CR2032 coin cell that lasts 8-12 months. When it’s low, you simply pop in a new, inexpensive coin cell from any pharmacy or shop (or add the Lifetime Battery Subscription and we send them to you).
How accurate is the location? +
Within 20 metres when a nearby Android device detects it. In cities like Mumbai or Delhi, the Find Hub network is dense enough that updates are very frequent.
It’s not pairing, or I’m not getting alerts. What do I do? +
Pull the small plastic tab from the battery, keep the tag close to your unlocked phone, and open Google Find Hub → Add item. For left-behind alerts, open the item in Find Hub and turn on its separation alerts. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll set it up with you.
Can I use it for my pet? +
Yes. The Collar Case is specifically designed to slide onto standard pet collars. It’s lightweight enough that your pet won’t notice it at all.

What is the Lifetime Battery Subscription? +
A one-time ₹350 payment. We send a 5-pack of CR2032 batteries every 4 years for life. Starts from 1 year of purchase (when your installed battery will need replacement).
Do I need Bluetooth and Location turned on? +
Yes. Your phone needs Bluetooth, Location, and mobile data (or Wi-Fi) turned on to connect and use your CustoTag. Find Hub uses Bluetooth to reach the tag, and your location and data to show it on the map.
Is it waterproof? +
No. CustoTag is not waterproof. Keep it away from water, and avoid submerging it or leaving it out in heavy rain.
Is Cash on Delivery available? +
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee may be added at checkout. Prepaid orders skip that fee (and unlock free gifts) and ship just as fast.
What is your return policy? +
