“Range kitna hai?”
There is no range limit to run out of. Any Android phone that passes near your tag quietly updates its location on your map. Across the room or across the country, it shows up.
“Is it required internet to work?”
The tag needs no internet and no SIM. It borrows a passing Android phone’s connection for a second. You only need data on your own phone to see the map. And there is no monthly fee, ever.
“Rechargeable hai?”
No charging, ever. It runs 8 to 12 months on a standard CR2032 coin cell you can buy at any pharmacy. Swap it once a year and you are done. Or take the Lifetime Battery Subscription and we send them to you.
“How many tags on one phone?”
One Google account runs up to 8 CustoTags at once. Keys, wallet, both bags, the luggage, even the dog. One map for everything. That is what the Pack of 8 is for.
“Cod available?”
Yes. Cash on Delivery works across most pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee applies at checkout; prepaid orders skip it (and unlock free gifts) and ship just as fast.
“Will this work with iPhone?”
No. This is the Android version and it needs Google Find Hub. If you use an iPhone, get CustoTag for iOS instead. It runs on Apple Find My.

I am using this to track my Motorcycle's location. I park my motorcycle on the road side outside our building compound, as we don't have parking space inside the compound for two wheelers. Earlier I used a GPS tracker, which used to consume power from the motorcycle battery when the motorcycle was not in use. So I wanted a tracker that comes with a battery. There are wireless GPS trackers for motorcycles, but their battery back up is only 1 month. So while searching more I got to know about android tags and I found out about Custo Tags. I am happy with this product. It does its job well.

Does it work with my Android phone? +
Yes, any Android phone on Android 9 or later with Google Play Services. It uses Google Find Hub natively, so there is no separate app to install.
How is it different from the expensive trackers? +
It rides the same Google Find Hub network, so the finding works the same way. The differences: CustoTag costs a fraction of the price, its alarm is a loud 90dB, and you get a 1-year warranty with support in India. You do not get the point-an-arrow precision finding some premium trackers have; up close, you follow the beep instead.
How is it different from a ₹300 Bluetooth tag? +
A cheap Bluetooth tag only works within about 10 metres of your own phone. Once you are apart, it is gone. CustoTag uses the crores of Android phones on Google Find Hub, so your things keep updating their location wherever people are around.
How accurate is the location? +
Within about 20 metres whenever a nearby Android phone detects it. In dense cities like Mumbai or Delhi the network refreshes very frequently.
Can I put it in check-in luggage when I fly? +
Yes. Drop it in your bag and track it from your seat. If the bag is delayed, you can still see where it was last detected as it moves through the network.
Do I need Bluetooth and Location on? +
Yes. Your phone needs Bluetooth, Location and data (or Wi-Fi) on to connect to your CustoTag and show it on the map.
Is it waterproof? +
No. Keep it away from water. Do not submerge it or leave it out in heavy rain.
What is in the box? +
1× CustoTag for Android, 1× CR2032 battery pre-installed, and a quick-start guide. Multi-packs include one of each per tag.
What is the Lifetime Battery Subscription? +
A one-time ₹350 payment. We send you a 5-pack of CR2032 batteries 1 year after purchase (when the installed one runs low), then every 4 years, for life.
It is not pairing or alerting. What do I do? +
Pull the battery tab fully out, keep the tag next to your unlocked phone and open Google Find Hub → Add item. For alerts, open the item and turn on its left-behind alert. Still stuck? WhatsApp us and we will set it up with you.
What is the return policy? +
