1. What is Custo?

Custo is an online store which sells leather and metal products to the customers all over India. It focuses on providing the best quality of products desired by customization to the customers. The products are completely customizable and customers have a variety to choose from.

 2. Are the products pure leather? Would the quality of the product be good?

We believe in providing the best quality of products without harming animals in the process, P.S. these leather products are made of vegan leather hence we successfully contribute in making the world a better place.

 3. What kind of products are available?

We have leather and metal products with other choices also. You can check our products page by clicking here.

 4. Can I make two orders at the same time?

Good news! Yes you place two orders back to back because why not :) Also you can place multiple orders at any time.

 5. What are the shipping charges on the products?

There are no shipping charges when you pay online for orders. The product prices are all inclusive. An additional charge of Rs100 would be assessed for all Cash/Pay on Delivery Orders. You can choose Cash on Delivery at end of the checkout in the payments section. 

6. When will I receive my order?

We dispatch your order within 2 days of purchase and the order should reach you within 5-9 days.

7. I have received the wrong product - What do I do?

It is highly unlikely that you may receive the wrong product but if incase something like this happens you can register a complaint with us within 2 days of delivery. Additionally, please check the terms and conditions before placing an order.

8. I haven't received my package yet. What do I do?

You'll get tracking updates as soon as your order is dispatched. If the ordered is delayed, please use the tracking link sent on the phone number and email provided by you.

10. How do I track my order?

Once your order has leaved our office, you will receive a tracking link on the email address and phone number you provided to us!

11. Do you ship to other countries?

We deliver only in India but don't worry, we're expanding to new markets soon!!

12. Do I get a confirmation when I place an order?

A confirmation message containing the details of your order will be sent to the phone number and email provided by you within 24 hours of placing the order.

13. I haven't received a confirmation message or email - what do I do?

You'll receive a confirmation message within 24 hours of placing your order. If incase you don't get the confirmation, you can register a query and our team will contact you.

14. What payment modes are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods such as Debit card, Credit card, UPI, PayTM wallet and many more. Once you checkout, you'll be redirected to the payment gateway and you can complete the payment there.

15. Do you store my payment information?

No, we don't store your payment information. We know payment info is sensitive and we respect your security.

16. Is my payment done through a secured server?

Yes, all our payments are done through Pay-TM or CashFree payments payment gateway and hence are secured with 256 bit encryption.

17. Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?

If your order has more than 10 units, please message us on Instagram or corporate@walrbrothers.com for discounts.

18. I have a corporate purchase - who do I contact?
