I purchased two tracking devices. One is working perfectly, but the other keeps having issues. The location gets stuck at one place and does not update for 2–3 days. It shows “last seen 2–3 days ago” until I restart the device. I have already tried restarting it four times, but the same problem keeps happening again and again.

The quality of the product was amazing and it did not feel that the purchase was not worth it.
Because while purchasing for me, the quality of the product matters, the most because if it is not getting used for a longer period of time, it is not worth it for me.
Very bad response gave me to rusted flight logo send for exchange but in the name thy added MR very unprofessional not worth the money both looks in different ordered for a couple goals this made more ugly
Look wise very good, but fabric quality can be improved. Overall good experience. And the customization thing is on point.

we’re facing a little bit of issue with the location of custotags updating. it’s regular at most times but sometimes it stops and updates hours later. is there anything to do on our side?
