Is the name included in the price?
Yes. Every cover comes with a name tag, up to 16 characters. Capital letters, numbers and a heart symbol; no emojis. There is nothing extra to pay for it.

Can I add a charm?
On the Pack of 1 and the Pack of 2, yes — switch on “Add charm? +₹50” and choose from more than 50 designs. The bigger packs and the printed covers don’t take one.

Will it fit my passport?
Yes. Every passport is made to one standard size, 12.5 × 8.8 cm, so Indian, US, UK, UAE and Australian ones all fit. The 60-page jumbo fits too.

In a pack, does each cover get its own colour and name?
Yes. You choose a colour and a name for every cover in the pack, one at a time. Nobody has to share a design.

Should I buy one cover or a pack?
One cover holds two passports, so one covers a couple. Beyond that a pack costs less per cover: ₹649 for one, ₹999 for two (under ₹500 each) and ₹1,899 for four (under ₹475 each).

Do you do cash on delivery?
Yes, with a ₹99 fee at checkout. Prepaid orders ship free.

Is this real leather?
No. It’s premium vegan leather, cruelty-free, and it doesn’t crack along the fold.

When will it arrive, and what if something’s wrong?
Ships in 24 hours, reaches you 3 to 6 days later. If it arrives damaged or the name is wrong, message us within 24 hours with an unboxing video and we replace it free. Personalised items are replaced, not refunded.
